Warranty & Cancellations

90 Day Warranty: If your repaired Device develops a fault within 90 days, we’ll repair it at no additional cost for the same issue, provided you cover return postage (using our contact free drop off or mail in process, as outlined in our submission instructions). Proof of postage is required.

Warranty Repairs: We’ll attempt to re-repair your Device twice. If the fault persists, we’ll issue a refund (less postage costs) after inspecting the Device to confirm the fault and verify that the replaced part is in like new condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of inspection.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents, or scratches caused after repair), water damage repairs, diagnostic services, or liquid damage sustained after repair or due to customer induced physical damage (e.g., cracked screen or back glass) that compromises the Device’s water resistance.

Waterproofing Limitations: Repairs or physical damage (e.g., cracked screen or back glass) may void your Device’s water resistance, as these can compromise factory seals. Williams Repair House is not liable for liquid damage occurring before, during, or after repair. Customers are advised to treat repaired Devices as non water resistant.

Cancellations: If you cancel before we begin the repair, a 3% payment processing fee may apply, deducted from your refund. After repair completion, we may decline cancellation requests and charge for the service performed.

No Refunds After 90 Days: Refunds or warranty repairs are not available after the 90 day warranty period.
